Cobblers Barn (with a HOT TUB) is a unique property offering a more traditional accommodation with beautiful oak beams and open vaulted rooms, ideal for extended families and groups of friends looking to discover this delightful area together.
With the benefit of its wonderful location near the popular Pennine Way, this Mickleton cottage rests amongst glorious countryside with good local amenities just a short stroll away. Bright and cheery throughout and offering pleasant views, guests will find plenty of space in which to relax and unwind, with the attractive sitting room housing a lovely woodburner for chilly evenings, whilst the kitchen/diner provides an excellent space to gather together over dinner and discuss the events of the day.

Accommodation

Four bedrooms:
Upstairs Master bedroom - Super king-size bed with en-suite shower, basin and WC,
Downstairs Master bedroom - Super king-size bed with en-suite shower, basin and WC,
Family Bedroom with two singles and a double.
1 twin (two zip/link, can be king-size double on request).
Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC.
Ground floor cloakroom.
Large living room with two social gathering areas, one based around the attractive log burning stove, the other facing the TV. This room can easily cope with up to 11 adults seated. Oak timbered floor and natural stone flagged fireplace. This room is the ideal place to relax after a full days activities.
Open plan Kitchen/Dining. These rooms flow into each other creating a large space for a social meal and preparation in the well equipped kitchen. With its naturally stone flagged floor with under floor heating and traditional oak beams these rooms carry on the traditional look and feel of the house.
Garden and Patio Area. This open space is well sheltered from the wind and catches the summer sun from morning to late evening. This makes the area ideal for relaxing in the large Hot Tub large enough for 6 guests at one time. The garden has multiple garden surfaces including grass, stone and wood patio and traditional cobbles meaning there is no shortage of places to relax.

Due to the close proximity of neighbouring houses we ask that guests leave the hot tub at 10pm.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, No Smoking in the house. Shops 2 miles, pub 2 mins walk.
Not ideal for Disabled guests due to the amount of levels in the property.
